comfortable accommodation in relaxed home. simply decorated. less than 1km away from the M27, good access to pubic transport and free parking. use of garage for bike or motorcycle storage, shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden, two living areas, dinning room, lounge with wood burning stove. The local shops are only 3 minutes walk away (takeaways, supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station and cycle shop) a short way from local pubs or country walks but close enough to town for a night out. Walking distance to Ageas bowl for cricket and other events. We are about 1km from 2 local gym(1 is open 24 hours) and a swimming pool. About the current house mates - Myself (Rachel)and my partner (Rob). we both work full-time, apart from the cats Frodo and Milly who enjoy sleeping. Socialising together is not compulsory, but we will share a meal a few beers or a glass of wine at the weekend if we are in. I enjoy good company and cooking. Rob likes anything DIY and stroking the cat.
