Easy going family would like to share their house

We are an easy going couple who are looking to rent out a spare room. We do have a 15 month old baby, but we are hoping that this won't put anyone off from considering our house as a place to live and we are not expecting a live-in babysitter. We are looking for someone who is also easy going, respectful, not frightened of birds (as we have 2 parrots)clean, tidy and fun. We have had 3 housemates before, from using this site, and we are now looking for someone else. The room is available from the 1st of March. If someone is interested then we would be happy to meet up with you and go from there.
We are within walking distance to the local shops, easy access to the motorway and train station. There is parking available mainly off road but if on road needed then this can be negotiable. We are happy to have someone who smokes but we would ask you to smoke in the garden as we don't smoke ourselves. The bedroom has now been painted cream, but all the same furniture remains and the bed.
