We are currently looking for a like minded young professional who is fun and friendly to join our household.

We are offering a double bedroom with a separate walk in wardrobe at £625 per month. As mentioned all bills are included.

A little about the house:

The house is aimed at young working professionals and is spread out across 3 floors. We have 3 bathrooms in total, as well as a shared kitchen, dining room, separate living room and a large garden at the rear.

We have private driveway parking for up to three cars and are also very fortunate to benefit from large amounts of free parking both opposite the house and on neighbouring roads with no time restriction or permits needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped meaning all kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are included.

Finally, the house is situated on a direct road to both the M27 and the centre of Southampton which makes commuting very easy.

A little about the current housemates:

As mentioned the house is made up of young professionals with ages ranging from 20-30 and work as an Engineer, in marketing for the fire brigade and a Physio.

They are all very friendly like-minded people who are sporty, active and like to socialise and relax in the evenings. Occasionally, they all get together and have house meals or go to the local pubs and restaurants to have some dinner or some drinks. It is a non smoking household.

The house is kept clean and tidy making it an enjoyable place to live.

We are more than happy for people to view the house in order to get a feel for both the house and the other housemates.
