I have a room I need to rent out and am calling on any students needing some last-minute accommodation for this Semester. I have a room in Liberty Quays Southampton I want to lease and am giving a £300 cashback incentive to anyone interesting in taking on the room.

4ft double bed (120cm x 190cm / 4'0" x 6'3"). Included in that, you'll get a comfy mattress so you can get a good night’s sleep – you just need to bring the bedding!
En-suite - Pros: you get your own bathroom right inside your room. Cons: it’s your job to keep it clean! We think the positives far outweigh the negatives, giving you both privacy and your own space.

There is a massive ASDA with all your student needs that is a 17-minute walk away. There is also a Lidl located on the high street as an alternative within the city centre and it is a 10-minute walk away.

City Centre (Includes shops such as: IKEA, Primark, Argos and many other big brand stores)- 10-minute walk

Southampton Solent University – 12-minute walk

University of Southampton – 11 minutes by car, also bus routes from city centre.

Nightlife – there is plenty of student bars and nightclubs of many different varieties to suit whatever your taste is. To name a few within a reasonable walking distance, there is:
