Situated at the top of Highfield Lane, there are great views eastwards over the Itchen valley. The apartment is very near the Common, which is handy for jogging and relaxing in the outdoors. And it is also near Portswood high street with many bars and restaurants and shops including big Sainsbury’s. The Brewhouse pub is just over the road.
It is a top-floor apartment so there are no upstairs neighbours to worry about. There is a large garden. The living room has sofas, a good sound system, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, and a projector for film nights. There is a large balcony perfect for your morning coffee or reading a book.
There is a kitchen with a gas oven and 5-point gas hob system. There is a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. The flat has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a Hoover and cleaning equipment.
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, loo, sink and mirror.
There is off-street parking. There is a brick shed for the flat where bikes/other can be stored safely. I pay the council tax.

You: are conscientious and care for the space in which you’ll be living. I am abroad for lots of the year, occasionally back in Hampshire. You are basically getting the whole flat to yourself for 95% of the time. Contact me to discuss.
