THE ROOM
Furnished single room with additional storage space available on the landing. Large window that opens out to a balcony.

THE HOUSE
It is a modern 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The downstairs is open plan with double doors that lead out onto a private patio area, beyond which is a communal garden that is maintained by the management company. There is also a roof terrace which gets the sun late into the evening. A cleaner comes twice a month to clean communal areas.

THE LOCATION
The house has an amazing location - 5 minute walk to Ocean Village Marina (bars, restaurants, 2 cinemas, Tescos), 10 minute walk to town (bars restaurants, shops, bowling, another cinema) and 10 minutes to Oxford street (more bars and restaurants...)

PARKING
There is underground parking allocated to the house which is currently allocated to one of the tenants.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
It's a 25 minute walk to Southampton central and there's a bus stop around the corner (although I have no idea where any of those buses go).

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
All bills are included. That covers council tax, energy, Sky TV, water, 60mb broadband, the lot!

TIMING
Current occupant moves out 7th of Jan. Please enquire if different date is required.
