It is homely and spacious, with a kitchen diner with new cooker and new dishwasher and a large lounge with two sofa beds and space for studying.
The room has a single bed but plenty of storage, with a large wardrobe, one chest of drawers and a desk.
On street parking is free and there is space for bikes for both tenants.
Water bill is fixed (£16 per tenant).
Gas and electricity bills currently with Bulb. Based on previous usage in the flat, monthly bill forecast for March-September range from £25 to £15 per tenant (i am happy to show the forecast and previous bills). Fast broadband is also available.
