2 bedroom flat with garden in Portswood

I have a 2 bedroom furnished flat in a nice area of Portswood, about 10 minutes walking distance from the university.

The flat is the top floor in a semi detached house and has its own garden.
It is homely and spacious, with a kitchen diner with new cooker and new dishwasher and a large lounge with two sofa beds and additional space for studying.

The room available has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large desk.

On street parking is free and there is space for bikes for both tenants. This summer we are planning to convert the front garden into a driveway for two cars.

Bills are not included in the rent. However, they have been quite reasonable.
Monthly water bill is fixed (£16 per tenant) and fast broadband deal is already set up for £13.5 per tenant.
Gas and electricity bills currently with Bulb. Based on previous usage in the flat, monthly bill forecast for March-September range from £26 to £15 per tenant (i am happy to show the forecast and previous bills).
