We are looking for a friendly housemate for this lovely all-female, young professional house. Sharing with four other girls who are all post graduate working professionals in a variety of fields. Postgraduate students considered.

Maintained to a high standard throughout. There are two spacious bathrooms, and the fabulous kitchen includes a fridge freezer, second fridge, dishwasher and tumble drier. Shared living space with 42” flat screen TV, fibre optic broadband, double glazing, gas central heating, private courtyard garden with outdoor seating, out building for bicycle storage, and a fortnightly cleaner.

The available room comes furnished with a double bed (memory foam mattress), bedside table, chest of drawers, mirror, built in wardrobe, desk, desk chair, shelves, venetian blind and blackout curtains.

The house is in a quiet location, just around the corner from Bedford Place with shops, cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants. Everything you need (grocery/pharmacy etc) is within walking distance. Ideal if you rely on public transport as it is a 5 minute walk to main bus stops, and a 15 minute walk to Southampton Central train station with links all over the country.

Bills included: gas, electricity, water (all subject to a fair usage cap), council tax, TV licence, complimentary broadband. Friendly and responsive female landlord.
