Here we have a newly renovated studio flat.
The room comes with its own 58 inch smart tv, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bills are included and it is suitable for a couple looking for a nice place to live or for a single person looking for more space.
The studio is at the back of the main property but is separate from the rest of the house.
All bills are included - WiFi, gas, electricity, water and council tax (WiFi provider is toob and we have installed a superior mesh system to ensure flawless connectivity in all rooms).
Parking is available should you need it - the flat is ideal for parking in the city centre which is only a 5 minute walk away!
The washing facilities are communal and can be found in the main kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer on site.
The deposit is £1000 and there are no other fees.
Finally, all our contracts are flexible. There are no minimum tie ins as we believe that you should only live in our property if you want to live in it! Circumstances change and we try our best to appreciate and support that.
