We are live in landlords. We live upstairs in the property with our own kitchen, bathroom lounge and garden. but will need access to the kitchenette for laundry.

We are Martyne (38) and David (36) and our Son (4 years) who is at school Monday - Friday

We all contribute to a cleaner who comes in and does communal areas once every two weeks. (£13 a month)
