Quiet house, Room available

I am seeking a tenant for my home a spacious four-bedroom house located in central Southampton, where I currently live alone. You will be the only tenant so two of us in the house which will be nice and quiet. The available room has been recently refurbished, ensuring comfort and privacy, as it is situated at the far side of the house. It is furnished with a double bed (featuring a high-quality mattress valued at over £1,000), a desk with a monitor, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a mirror. Tenants will have access to a private bathroom, a shared kitchen, free internet, a garden area. I prefer female tenants to ensure my comfort.
