I have a Room available in my flat with an ensuite. The property has just been refurbished to a high standard. The pictures should speak for themselves.

I am a Marine Engineer and work at sea for 6 months of the year and travel for another 2-3 months. Hence you will practically have the full place to your self as I am away a lot.
It comes furnished with a microwave, built in fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.

I am looking for someone sober and tidy who will treat the place as their home. I am very clean and tidy and expect the place to be maintained at the same standard.

I am a fun loving guy who loves music and get along with most people. I also love going on long drives.

Location is Southampton Avenue, 1 min from Lidl, the bus stop is in front of the building and also 2 mins walk to London road.
