We are looking for a sociable 4th Flat mate to join us at our spacious flat in the Polygon area at the start of July.
We are walking distance from the Train Station and lots of shops and restaurants.
Rent is £475 a month, paid on the 1st to Clear Lettings.
Bills are dealt with by us, we split this equally. This can range from about £100 - £130 each month, changing throughout the year. We pay for Gas, Electricity, WiFi, Council tax and Water seperate to rent.
We have limited parking at the flat, as we already have two cars, so a non driver is preferred. If you have a car and would like to view the flat, please be aware that you will likely need to get a permit to park out the front.
