A bright, cosy double room in a 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Southampton!

Either Monday to Friday rental or 7-days a week.

- Spacious living room with 2 Juliet balconies
- Kitchen including dishwasher
- Beautiful communal courtyard
- Bills included with a limit (council tax, water, electricity, broadband)

About you

- A charismatic tidy person, to have a pleasant nice environment at home!
- Respects each other's space
- If into fitness, it's a bonus, as I have a pull-up bar with assisting bands, and a balance ball.
- Non-smoker and doesn't vape
- Ideally staying 3+ months (but flexible)
- Not ideal for work from home individuals

Communal Areas

The living room is bright and airy with two balconies, also amazing in summer. No TV in the living room anymore. Current flatmate has her own projector which she gets to watch in her room.

The kitchen is comfortable but not huge, it's perfect to be utilised one person at a time. Your own designated cupboards, and fridge space.

The Bedroom for Rent

A calm, comfortable double room with:
- Double bed and mattress
- Wardrobe
- Desk in the picture (if wanted)
- Recommended to add your own touches to make it feel homely

You also get exclusive use of the main bathroom, as I use my ensuite. When guests are over, they get to use main bathroom as well.

This area is extremely convenient while still being quiet and residential.

- ASDA – 8 mins walk
- Lidl – 15 mins
- Bedford Place – 10 mins
- Westquay – 15 mins
- Ocean Village – 25 mins
- Gyms, parks & library nearby
- Train station: 8 mins walk.
- Bus connections everywhere.

There’s bike storage in the car park, and potential possibility to rent a private car parking space from neighbours, if needed.
