Please note that 2 bedrooms are located in the same house and the other one (£590) is located in the house next door which has been recently refurbished.

Tenants will need to bring:

• 🍽️ Crockery & cooking utensils

💷 Rooms & Rent
• Small double room: £550 pcm
• Double room: £570 pcm and £590

📑 Costs
• 1 month’s rent + 1 month’s deposit paid in advance
