Looking for a flatmate in this spacious 2 bedroom flat just a 2 minute walk from Southampton common.

The room available has plenty of storage space with built in wardobes and a fold-out sofa bed with a mattress. You could buy a new bed if you wanted to, but this one is just fine if you wanted to use it! The ensuite bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet. The bedroom I'm in also has an ensuite, and there's a 3rd toilet too for guests/ shared use.

The rest of the flat is furnished so you wouldn't need anything to move in. There are two fridges, a freezer, washing machine, dish washer, and even a nice coffee machine in the kitchen.

The bedroom has a balcony out the back with sliding doors. There is another balcony that leads out from the living room on the other side of the flat.

There is one allocated parking space that I use, but there are also plenty of visitor parking spaces available.

The price advertised includes bills - it is council tax band E.

About me!

I'm a Lecturer at the University and love to run. I work from home occasionally but will often go into the office. I also go to the gym in the mornings/ evenings, and occasionally will have some friends over for dinner.
