Hi, I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in the heart of Southampton, just a 5 minute walk from the central station, and 10 minute walk from the city centre. The room is a fully furnished double with a wardrobe, desk and you will have use of a separate bathroom. The flat has a comfortable hared living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer (but no dishwasher) - you will have your own half of the cupboards, fridge and freezer space.

There is also a parking space available if needed, as well as access to a bike shed and gym within the building.
