The house is just a few minutes’ walk from Southampton Common park, which is perfect for running or walks (if that’s your thing). Southampton Central Station is around a 15-minute walk away, and the city centre is also approximately 15 minutes on foot.

One of the current housemates is moving out after several happy years living here, so we are looking for someone who will genuinely fit in with the atmosphere of the house. Finding the right person is far more important than simply filling the room.

This home would suit a like-minded professional or postgraduate student who appreciates a clean, quiet and relaxed environment — somewhere to unwind after work rather than a party house. Everyone here treats the house as a home and is considerate and respectful towards each other.
