Flexible short-term student let

Hi, I’m a student who has a flat secured from July 2026 to July 2027, but I mainly plan to use it over the winter months (roughly Nov–Feb). I’m looking to sublet the room for the rest of the time, with some flexibility depending on what works best for both of us.

This could be a great fit for an exchange student, someone on a short-term placement, or anyone between flats who needs a place for a few months. I’m open to different arrangements and happy to be flexible on dates where possible.

I’d ideally like someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with - basically someone with a fairly normal routine who respects the space.
