Cozy room for long term rent in 4-br, 3-bath house

STILL AVAILABLE. Hello! our housemate is moving, and we are looking for a replacement for his room on Methuen Street, ideally long-term.

It's a nice detached house in central Southampton with a small garden area and a garage space.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite bathroom), so you'll share 2 bathrooms among 3.

Your bedroom will be pretty small, but it's nice and cozy.

You'll be on the ground floor, with a view into the garden.

There is a large common room and a medium-sized kitchen with two fridges.

BILLS:

The rent is 475 pounds per month.

We use The Bunch for our bills and typically pay about 120 pounds each for water, gas, electricity, and wifi. We are looking to change to Octopus Energy this summer as we believe they are better. The council tax is about 60 pounds per month (Council tax band D). We also get a cleaner once a month for 10 pounds per person.

- Roksana, 29, works as an assistant and carer.
- Aka Michael, 26 works as an administrator at the University of Southampton.

It's a very easy-going household. Can be a bit quiet, but with some nudging, the flatmates can be fun too.
