Ground floor room available in 3 bed rented house share in St Denys. We are a PhD student and young professional looking for a new housemate now that our current housemate is moving out of the city. It is a calm household on a quiet street just off of St Denys Road. Street parking is available on a first come first served basis. Neither of us drive so there is usually space near the house. We are about a 10 minute walk from Portswood Broadway and 25 minutes from Highfield Campus. Students and non-students welcome. Council Tax Band B. Utilities are split equally between us.
