Our roommate has to quit the tendency for family reasons we need a replacement ASAP!

Looking for someone friendly and clean to move in. Preferably a woman for safety reasons.
A lil bit about the current tenants:
Its me and my sister we like gaming together and watching films. Im studying biology and eventually will be studying medicine. We both work at Nandos so if you live with us we can get you a 40% discount there ;). Im currently learning piano and my sister is learning guitar. We both enjoy art and music (BIG music fans)

PET CAT
In a few weeks I will be moving in my pet cat Dawn. If you dont love cats dont worry she mainly keeps to herself and if you do love cats then she enjoys chin scratches and salmon, feel free to bribe her into loving you

Rent is 516 a month with 3 people
(387 if we can find a 4th)

Energy and gas is 103 a month in total
(Total bills 46 a month per person)

15min walk from a lidi (mmm cheap shopping)
