It’s a classic en-suite room, so you’ll have your own private bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living space. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and storage.

The accommodation is in a great location — really close to Solent University and the city centre, with shops, transport links, and everything you need nearby.

Details:

Rent: £7,400 for the year (around £145/week)

Contract: Full academic year
