With a very inviting living room that we all have enjoyed very much over the years, an actually decent-sized kitchen with two fridges and one freezer, and a brand new washer-dryer.
There is a little shed out back for even more storage on the opposite end of the garden.

Each room is basically the same size, and are the two bigger rooms in the house are. They both come with a desk and chair, a double bed, shelving, a wardrobe, and a dresser.

The housemate staying is a third-year PhD Bio student who is very clean and keeps more to himself; he will also be in Germany for a placement abroad for semester 1, as well, and then doing a work placement for three months in semester 2.

The house is right across from the Brewhouse & Kitchen on Highfield Lane, so very close (like 2 mins) from Avenue and 7 mins from Highfield with a straight shot down to the Sainsbury supermarket on Portswood.

Tenancy is August 1st 2026 through June 30th 2027. Bills are not included with rent and will have to be sorted after signing onto the contract. Average total for rent and bills per month is £635 (with unihomes and toob for wifi).
