Roommate needed for mid Aug/Sept

Hello,
I am moving out by the end of August (around the 27th) and I need to find a replacement asap.

The house already has 4 housemates, all professionals, in their mid-20s.

The location is super central: right next to Hoglands Park, it's 6 min away on foot from st Vincent Walk bus stops and Above Bar, and 17 min away from the central railway station.

The room is downstairs, right next to the entrance.
It has:
- a double-size bed,
- a big walk-in wardrobe,
- a desk with chair,
- 2 small cabinets,
- a basin.
The room can handle quite a lot of storage without feeling too small.

The house has 2 bathrooms, you would share the one downstairs together with one of the housemates.

The kitchen is pretty big.
It has:
- 2 fridges,
- 2 freezers,
- washing machine and dryer,
- lots of cupboard space,
- 2 big sofas.

The rent is £570 pm, bills included except for council tax (band B).
The deposit is equivalent to 1 month of rent in advance, so £570.
The house has a great heating system, the wifi connection is fast.
An agency handles the tenancy, they are super responsive for any enquiry or faults about the house.

The person I'm looking for is:
- preferably in their mid 20s/ 30s,
- a non-student (because of council tax).
