Double bedroom available in a modern, well-located flat near Ocean Village, Southampton.

The room is a bright, spacious double bedroom in a safe and desirable area, just a 5-minute walk from Ocean Village and around a 25-minute walk into Southampton city centre.

The room is currently unfurnished, but a wardrobe can be provided if needed. The flat has a lovely balcony, a comfortable shared living space, and a relaxed home environment.

The flat includes a shared bathroom with a bath, although I mainly use my own ensuite, so the shared bathroom would mostly be yours to use.

Rent: £600 per month (bills included).

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate female professional who is a non-smoker and enjoys a calm home environment. Ideally someone who likes a clean and respectful shared space rather than a party flat.

You’ll also be living with my friendly cat 🐾, so someone who is comfortable around pets would be perfect.

Parking isn’t included, but a council parking permit can be applied for if needed.
