We’re looking for a friendly and sociable flatmate to join our spacious 4-bedroom flat in the Polygon area, Southampton.
📍 Great location – walking distance to Southampton Central Station, city centre, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
💷 Rent: £475 per month (paid on the 1st of each month to Clear lettings agent)
🧾 Bills: Approximately £100–£130 per person per month, split equally between housemates. This includes Gas, Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi, and Council Tax.
🚗 Parking is limited as there are already two cars at the property. A non-driver would be ideal, but if you have a car, you may be able to obtain a parking permit for on-street parking nearby.
🏡 We're looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going who enjoys a friendly house atmosphere.
