Looking for a tenant for a room near Southampton University
My friend and I are renting a 3 bedroom house and are looking for a tenant for our spare bedroom.
The room is equipped in a double bed, a small dresser, and a clothes rack.
House is located in SO16, 7 minute walk from Southampton University.
Monthly rental £630, all bills and internet included. £600 deposit required, as well as one month's notice when you choose to move out.
**Must be okay living in a house with a large dog.**
