The nearby church and historic surroundings give this part of Southampton lots of character, with some of the city’s historic streets and walking routes close by. As expected in the city centre, Friday and Saturday evenings can be a little livelier.

The building is residential and home to families and other residents, so respect for neighbours, shared spaces and reasonable noise levels is important.
