Lovely En-Suite Room in Friendly Flat

Lovely spacious double en-suite room available to sublet in a friendly, chilled flat.

The room is a good size, is en-suite with it’s own toilet and shower and comes with a massive wardrobe, so there’s loads of storage. It’s otherwise unfurnished, so you can make it feel like your own space.

The flat has pretty much everything you’d need day to day, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, large fridge/freezer and all the usual kitchen bits. We also have super-fast Virgin fibre Wi-Fi, with a Wi-Fi booster in the room to make sure you get a strong, reliable connection at all times.

We’ve got a large back garden with a shed too, which is great for extra storage and hopefully getting some use out of in the summer ☀️. Bills are included in the price, and there’s also free on-street parking on the roads right next to the flat (non-permitted road).

Location-wise, it’s in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, around a 15-minute walk to Southampton General Hospital (SGH) and a 10-minute cycle to the University of Southampton Highfield Campus. It would suit anyone else working at SGH really well, or a postgrad student looking for somewhere relaxed and convenient.

You’d be living with two flatmates, one guy and one girl. We’re both doctors working at SGH and are pretty chilled, friendly and considerate. We’re always up for a drink, a chat, cooking together or the occasional board game night 🎲, but equally we’re all happy doing our own thing.

We keep the flat clean and tidy without being overly intense about it, and we’re also hoping to get a cleaner in once a month to help keep on top of the communal areas.
