Student at university of Southampton looking for two housemates. Will be fully furnished by November 1st.

- Double room, 3.3m × 3.5m, £680 pcm
- Single room: 2.6m × 3.1m, £650 pcm
Both rooms will include a bed, cupboard, table and chair.

Facilities:
- Shared kitchen with dishwasher and shared bathroom
- Living room and garden
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- 1 Gbps broadband
- On-road parking

Bills: Gas, electricity, water and broadband included. No council tax since this is a student property.

Location:
- 5-minute drive to Westquay
- 10-minute drive to UoS Highfield Campus
- 5-minute drive to Southampton Solent University

Tenancy details:

- Available for viewing/moving in from 1 November 2026
- Minimum stay of 4 months; summer stays possible

I prefer vegetarian housemates but I don't mind, however shared spaces should be kept tidy.
