About the flat:
Flat owned by family and lived in by a student, looking for a second flatmate to split rent with (£500 each). Don't have to be a student just friendly. Bills will be split evenly, flat rate for water and WiFi and metered electricity. Council tax band A. Common areas such as living room are open to be decorated with consideration from the new tenant.
About me:
21 year old queer woman studying game dev at Solent university. I don't smoke but some of my friends do, smoking will be on the balcony only for anyone who does. As a game dev student I play lots of video games and have an Xbox in the living room I am more than happy to share. Open to pets as long as they are not too messy and are looked after responsibly.
