I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared house in Southampton, as I'll be relocating to France for work.

📍 Location: SO14 , Southampton

Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the city centre

Convenient location for shopping, restaurants and everyday essentials

🏠 About the house

It's a three-storey house currently shared by three people.

Ground floor: Shared kitchen and garden

First floor: Two other housemates

Second floor (top floor): My bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom

There is another room on the top floor, but it's currently unoccupied, so the floor is very quiet and private.

💰 Rent and bills

Rent: £540 per calendar month

Council Tax and utilities: Approximately £150 per month, shared equally between three tenants

Total: Approximately £690 per month, depending on actual bills

📅 Availability

Available from late January 2027, with some flexibility on the move-in date.

I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room, subject to the landlord's approval and tenancy arrangements.
