I am the live-in owner of this bright, centrally situated flat, in a secluded private road. You would be renting a furnished double bedroom and personal use of bath/shower. The lounge and kitchen would be shared. Utility bills are included and no agent fees.
A stones throw away from Southampton Common, 10-20 mins walk to the City Centre and main facilities, (e. g. Unis, hospitals, train/coach stations, shops, etc). Access to off road parking and 5 mins drive from major commuter roads M3 and M27. If you prefer public transport, there are local bus routes/stop.
