I am looking for 1 respectful, professional preferably female. Would suit anyone wanting quality, hassle free accomodation. No couples, pets or smokers.

Private off road parking, secure garage and plenty of on street , no permit parking.

The room is a double with private shower room. Situated on the groind floor. Quiet and private. Modern furnishings included are a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table. Other furnishings, like desks for example, can be available on request. Can also be unfurnished if you have your own furniture and bed.

All bills included: electric, gas, water, council tax, fibre broadband.

Communal area with TV (freeview), sofa. Fully furnished kitchen with laundry room. Quiet residential location near to the city centre, train station and local shops and buses.
