There is a residents gym in the building (accessible via lift) as well as a concierge during the day. Tesco Express is 30 seconds from the doorstep and the Ocean Village bars/restaurants are also close by.

Fell in love with this place due to the marina view (viewing recommended) - awesome to sit out there with a beer when the sun is shining. Also have BT Broadband and BT sport is set up on the living room tv.

I work normal office hours Monday - Friday and split my weekends between Southampton and London. I play football at least 2-3 times a week and have recently taken up golf! I'm also a pretty clean person so looking for someone who also appreciates a tidy flat! Ideally a young professional but would also consider students.
