A really nice single room close to the hospital. Very nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. It is in a 4 bedroom house in Maybush.

The room has a single bed, bed side cabinet, desk and chair and a wardrobe.

It is £525 per calendar month and this includes ALL bills, so rent, electricity, council tax, TV licence, water and BT fibre 500mb broadband, direct to the property, so it is very fast! It is quite simply a beautiful house.

The price also includes a cleaner who cleans all the shared areas.
It is a very CLEAN and TIDY and professional house in the Maybush area. The location is superb with good transport links and within 3 miles of the city centre and within walking distance from Shirley high street. It is less than 1 mile to Southampton general hospital and there is a Tesco express and Domino’s at the top of the road.

The other 3 rooms are let to lovely professional people. One tenant has lived there for over 7 years and another for over 4 years. The house has a very friendly and welcoming vibe.

There is a good sized shared kitchen / diner and a very good sized shared living room with sofa TV and desk. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a very powerful shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet, which means there are 2 toilets for 3 rooms (one of the rooms is en-suite, so has its own toilet and shower). There is an outside garden, with a secure shed for pushbike storage.

The deposit is one month's rent in advance plus one month as a deposit, so £1,050 to get the keys. I also need a reference from your current landlord.

I am looking for a minimum 6 month lease and will provide a tenancy agreement. Would suit a professional.
