• Three large tall fridges and freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle toaster, hoover
• Spare appliances in storage for immediate same day swap for total convenience
• All plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc included with no inventory required
• Two personal kitchen storage spaces per person
• Plenty of room storage in each bedroom and fully furnished including large desk
• Bills are managed for tenant convenience and calculated every three months (£65/month approximately – gas/electricity/water/internet/TV licence)

• Efficient well maintained heating and on demand hot water so always hot powerful showers
• Bathroom on each floor (one with bath/shower and one with shower)
