I have for rent a double room with in my house 15 min walk from Emsworth. There is a small second room included, and your own shower room is off this room. The kitchen has a microwave oven/washing machine and dishwasher, and American style fridge. The house is only 10mins from lovely walks on Thorney Island. The road is extremely quiet at all times of day as it is a no-through road. There are no parking restrictions. At the rear is a lovely sunny garden. No working from home please.
