I have for rent a lovely double room in my house 15 min walk from Emsworth town centre, shared with just me, the owner. You will have your own brand new bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen has a microwave oven/washing machine and dishwasher. The house is only 10mins from lovely walks on Thorney Island. The road is extremely quiet at all times of day as it is a no-through road. There is ample off-street parking at the front of the property. At the rear is a lovely sunny garden. There may be possibility of extra sitting room; I have not lived in the house that long and still trying to sort it out, so bear with me!
I am a keen sailor and have only lived in Emsworth for a year, and love it here. You work regular hours, and not from home, as I work from home myself.
