We have two very friendly cats and a small dog that lives here part time.. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast room. There is a shared living room, dining room, bathroom and shower room. The garden is decked and a lovely area to enjoy the outside, smoking is ok in the garden. There is a washing machine and dryer in the outhouse. From the house it is a 6 mins walk to Fratton station, a 10 min drive to the M27 and a 10 min walk to Albert Road.
