A lovely furnished room to rent has come up in our friendly and warm household. Looking for someone who is nice (to both humans and cats as we have fluffy overlords), respectful to your surroundings and is a fan of spraying stuff you use and then wiping it down. We have a garden, washing machine and tumble dryer, 2 bathrooms, a generous communal space with recliner sofas and streaming services on the tv, lovely neighbours, fast WiFi, we even occasionally tell jokes! Excellent location with the beach and Albert Road a short walk away as well as supermarkets and fast food chains nearby (yes, we actually get hot McDonald’s here!)

All bills are included in your rent so the price you see is the price you’ll pay! We even have gym equipment that you can use once and then ignore like we do!
