Available now! Room to rent with 3 other housemates. Room is a small double with bed already in place. Tumble drier and garden in property. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. Communal living room and kitchen. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements. We would like a professional, in our age range. We’re very much a household of friends rather than a traditional house share, we communally buy cleaning products, toilet roll etc so would like someone who would fit into our group in the same way where possible. We have 2 cats, so preferably someone who doesn’t mind sharing the space communally with them, you will not have to let them into your personal space if you choose not to, but they are very friendly and house trained.
