Two bed house with garden, ten minutes from beach

We will be relocating abroad this summer and are looking to rent our two bed house.

PLEASE NOTE: Owing to the presence of a fish pond and spiral stair case, we are unable to let our property to anybody with children. Any visiting children must not be left unaccompanied in the garden.

Downstairs:
Entrance with built in cupboard space, fitted bookshelves and spiral staircase.

Kitchen with appliances including fitted induction hob and oven. Washing machine is less than six months old.

Large lounge with exposed wooden beams and feature window looking into conservatory. French doors open into conservatory.

Upstairs:
Large double bedroom. Recently decorated with fresh carpet.

Good sized single bedroom/office. Recently decorated, also with fresh carpet.

Dressing room with two wardrobes and dressing area.

Recently refitted bathroom with shower over the bath.

To the front is a paved garden with ample space for the bins...no bringing them through the house. There are mature rosemary bushes for your roast potatoes.

To the rear is a long garden with fish pond, raised beds and patio areas. The pond does require some maintenance, particularly in the summer months. The garden is a real treat from March onwards - it really is a sun trap that can gets sunshine well into the evening during the summer.

There is also a shed, although it is a bit leaky.

Other benefits include a boiler installed within the last twelve months. Virgin Media is already wired in. CityFibre broadband is now available in our road.

When we bought the house two years ago the energy rating was given as a D. The loft has since been further insulated. The house has also been rewired, with mostly energy efficient fittings.

We will be living abroad for at least two years, although we are likely to extend this period. Ideally we are looking for a professional single or couple who will enjoy living in the house and making it their home.
