My husband and I have a lovely room to rent in our spacious family home, situated in Southsea near to the beach and Albert Road.
The double bedroom has a private shower room as well as a utility room and desk area on the same floor.
Included is: Broadband, Sky TV (including Netflix, Disney+ and Prime), parking, all bills and in addition, the property is professionally cleaned weekly.
As we are both professionals we spend little time in the house during the week but weekends are busier as we have three lovely, but lively children! (Ages 7, 12 and 19)
