Hi, I have a large single room with cooking facilities. The room would suit a working gent, and is close to bus routes and the train station, with lots of local shops. There are two parks nearby and the beach is a 20 minute walk. away. There are tiny dogs living downstairs so a dog lover would be preferred. But they stay downstairs most of the time and only pop up for a treat from the other lodger who is an older male
There is a resident parking scheme so you would need to pay a yearly parking permit if you drive.
