Room in southsea

Hi,

About us:
My partner and I live in a townhouse in Southsea. We have a spare room that is available now (but can be flexible). We are both 28, Jamie works in Hilsea and I (nishita) largely work from home, with occasional visits to London.
We also have two cats who are incredibly friendly, you'll have to be okay with living with cats.

About the room:
We are close to Albert Road, pyramids gym, the beach and less than a km from fratton station.

The room is on the ground floor backing onto the garden, there is also a wardrobe outside the room which you will have. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor which will be yours and a utility which you can put microwave etc if you would like to. The kitchen is on the first floor which you are also more than welcome to use. We just ask you avoid using the dishwasher and airfryer and bring your own oven trays.

All bills are included.

About you:
We would love to live with someone from 18-40, l someone who is tidy in communal spaces! No smokers is a must please
