New Southsea Double Room

This large double room is on the first floor at the front of the house (no shared walls with other tenants). It has been newly refurbished to a high standard and will come fully furnished.

Currently in the house is myself (live in landlord), with a bedroom on the second floor and own en-suite, as well as my close friend who is renting the other room on the first floor.

The room for rent will share the 1st floor bathroom with my friend only. There is also another bathroom on the ground floor to be used by anyone.

Ideally, we are looking for another clean, respectful, friendly and reasonably sociable person to join us. We both like to have fun and get on very well, but also respect each others privacy and downtime.
