I am offering a 'home from home' that would be ideal for a quiet, respectful international university student.

Can accept shorter stays of 1-3 months.
You will have shared use of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom and there is also a living room and small garden with seating area. No smoking in the house but in the garden is fine.

There is WiFi but it can sometimes be a bit weak/unreliable, so may not be ideal for anyone working/studying mainly at home. Otherwise it's fine for basic use!

Extra info:- I have two cute house bunnies that live with me, they have full use of downstairs so animal lovers welcome! 🐰🐰
