Hi!

I’m looking for the right person to rent my lovely, peaceful room in Southsea. (But effectively you get all flat for yourself 95% of the time as due to work had to rent myself in London!)

A little about me: I’m a 36-year-old engineer working on data centres. I spend most of my time living and working in London, so although I’ll still be renting the room you effectively have the whole flat for yourself, you’ll have it almost entirely to yourself. I still like to keep my room there in Portsmouth for occasional visits.

Because of that, I’m looking for someone I’d get along with well—someone friendly, respectful, communicative, and reasonably tidy who will look after the flat as if it were their own.

The room is available from September, although there may be some flexibility with the move-in date.

This would be ideal for a professional or mature student who enjoys having their own space and appreciates a quiet, comfortable home.
