We are a quiet professional couple offering a large furnished double room in our live-in terraced home in Milton, Portsmouth (PO4). 10-15 minute walk to St Mary's Hospital and Fratton Park or 2-5 minute drive.

The room is professionally cleaned every fortnight and we can offer bed changing and towels for an additional monthly fee of £40 if required.

The sea is at the end of the road, and we are conveniently located near the St James’s Hospital site, Langstone Campus and excellent transport links into the city and University area -and we are right on the 13 bus route or for the Uni staff and students the U2 bus route is steps away from the house.

We are looking for a considerate person who would enjoy sharing a comfortable, peaceful home environment. The room would suit someone who values a calm household and a practical space for work, study or relaxation.

**Important things to know**

The bedroom faces the road, which can be busier at certain times, so this home is best suited to someone comfortable with some background traffic noise and used to City living, this is not a quiet suburban home as it's Portsmouth so please be aware of this. The room is large enough to have its own desk and study area in the room itself.

We also have a friendly Labrador living in the home. We love having a dog around, so this would suit someone who is comfortable and ideally loves pets.

Please note this may not be suitable for someone with a dog allergy or anyone looking for a completely pet-free home as she is a curious and young labrador who loves everyone she meets and doesn't ask permission when entering rooms! Anyone who has a dog will know the challenges!
